多分ですが、シリアルのみの販売です。まず、Abletonのサイトにて、まずシリアルナンバーを自分のAbletonのアカウントの「オーソライズ」のところに新規で入れます。そうすると、Ableton本家からダウンロード可能となり、この商品のインストール後に、Liveのアクティベーションもう一度を行う（新規登録分のRetro Synths部分をアンロックするため）感じだと思います。これから買います。
で、買いました。Paypal経由の支払いで\1,257でした。
